Cookie Policy

Latido keeps browser storage to a minimum. By default we set only strictly necessary cookies: no marketing pixels, no social-media widgets, no session recording, no heatmaps, and our product analytics is cookieless. The one exception is marketing cookies for measuring our own advertising — and those load only if you expressly agree in the cookie banner. Declining changes nothing about how the service works.
Strictly necessary cookies
These make the service work and cannot be switched off while you use it. They do not need your consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

Local storage
- Your cookie-banner choice, so we do not ask again.
- Interface preferences such as language.
- These stay on your device and are never sent to us as identifiers. Clear your site data to reset them.
Analytics — no cookies
We use OpenPanel, hosted in the EU (Sweden). It records which features are used, keyed to your account identifier when you are signed in. It sets no cookies, uses no cross-site identifier, and never receives guest data or message content. We rely on legitimate interest for it, and you can object at any time.
Marketing cookies — only with your consent
To advertise Latido we may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) measurement tags. These load only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner — until then, not a single request goes to Google’s or Meta’s ad servers, and choosing “Essential only” keeps it that way. They tell us whether our own ads lead to signups; they never see wedding content or guest data.

You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer — withdrawal stops the tags immediately; cookies already set expire on their own or can be cleared in your browser right away. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); Google and Meta act as independent controllers for their own use of this data and both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Maps
On pages that show a map or address autocomplete, Google Maps is loaded from Google’s servers. Google receives your IP address as part of serving the map and may set its own cookies. This happens only on those pages, and only because a map is the point of the page. If you would rather not load it, avoid the map view — addresses are also shown as text.
Error monitoring
Sentry receives technical crash reports. It is configured with personal-data collection switched off and sets no cookies of its own on your browser beyond what is needed to correlate a crash.
Managing this
Change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, which re-opens the consent banner. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will prevent sign-in. See also the Privacy Policy.
