Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Latido, operated by [TODO: legal company name] (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. The service

Latido is a wedding-planning tool: guest list, seating, budget, timeline, vendor collaboration and a vendor marketplace. We may change or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for your collaborators’ use.
  • You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.

4. Your content & other people’s data

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. Importantly: when you add guests, vendors or collaborators, you confirm you have a lawful basis to share their personal data with us (including any dietary/health details), and you act as the controller of that data — we process it on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break security or access others’ data.
  • No uploading malware or sending spam through the service.

6. Vendors & the marketplace

Vendors are responsible for their own listings and for the services they provide to couples. Latido is not a party to any contract between a couple and a vendor and is not responsible for their performance. Some listings are seeded from public sources and can be claimed or removed (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Latido AI

The optional “Latido AI” feature generates draft suggestions you review before saving. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing it. [TODO: confirm AI feature terms with counsel.]

8. Fees

The service is free for couples. Vendors have a free plan and optional paid subscriptions (Vendor Pro, Venue Pro) billed monthly as shown at purchase — cancellable anytime; we charge no lead fees and no commission. 9. Disclaimers & liability

10. Termination

You can stop using Latido and delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy & your data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
