Data Deletion

You can delete your Latido account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. It is free and you do not need to give a reason.

From inside the app

• Sign in to Latido.
• Open Settings → Privacy & your data.
• Export first if you want a copy — one click, JSON.
• Choose “Request account deletion” and confirm.
• We complete erasure within 30 days; backups age out within a further 90 days.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email hello@latido.wedding from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will verify it is you and action it within 30 days.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook

Removing Latido in that provider’s app settings stops our future access to your profile there, but does not delete your Latido account. Use one of the methods above as well.

If you are a wedding guest

Your data was entered by the couple, who controls it — ask them and it will be quickest. You can also write to hello@latido.wedding and we will pass the request on and help them action it.

What gets deleted, and what does not

We delete your profile, your sign-in, and weddings you own together with their guests, messages, documents, tasks and photos. Content in a wedding you merely collaborated on stays with its owner. We retain invoices and accounting records for 8 years because Hungarian tax law requires it, and we may keep the minimum needed to defend a legal claim.
